Placing your order
The most popular method of ordering is to do it securely through the website. If online ordering is not your thing, you can phone, fax or e-mail us and we can deal with it in person.

Once we receive your order a confirmation email will be sent to you verifying your selection. Your item(s) will be posted to you within two working days.

Because our products are all hand finished or hand made we do occasionally run out of popular designs. If we do not have your chosen item in stock, we will let you know how long it will take as soon as we can. You will then have the option to either cancel your order should you so wish or wait for the item to be dispatched.

Payment
Accepted payment methods are:
  • Visa credit card (online, via PayPal)
  • Direct bank deposit

If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer we will provide you with our bank details so you may directly deposit payment into our bank account. Goods will not be dispatched until the money has been credited into our account.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within Australia is free.

International shipping is calculated by total order weight based on national zones specified by Australia Post. A zone must be selected before checkout can complete. Shipping is adjusted as items are added to the shopping basket.

All delivery uses standard domestic and international shipping. If express delivery is required, please contact us directly to submit an order.

Delivery
For Australian shipping, the standard Australia Post parcel service is used. For Sydney, parcels are delivered next day. Other areas are usually 1-3 business days.

For international shipping, orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Please refer to the international post guide for individual country delivery times.

Returns
Please send back all unwanted items unworn and unwashed with packing slip within two weeks of delivery to ensure a full refund.
